Treatment is correct. Needs twice per week hemodialysis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your patient has chronic renal failure, that his kidney has stopped working. It is an important organ of the body and a person cannot survive without the function of the Kidneys. the only way is to do the function of kidney by other machines that is called hemodialysis. so hemodialysis is a treatment to supplement in the work of Kidneys and is not a treatment to improve your native Kidneys. another way is to go for kidnet transplant. A healthy Donor , any family member of the patient wants to donate their one kidney then that can be transplanted into the patient and he can have a normal life . he should continue to Do 2 dialysis per week for lifelong so he has been adviced correctly please follow the advice. if he goes for kidney transplant cost will be around 600000 Rupees at the time of transplant and after that 5000 rupees per month for treatment. if he remains on dialysis you can calculate the cost yourself because it will be around 8 to 10 dialysis per month for the rest of his life. the best way to manage such a patient is a kidney transplant as it gives a longer and better quality of life and also a better quality of life and is also cheaper in the long term.
best wishes

His Both Kidney completely damaged Doctor? or one kidney?
Both kidneys are damaged
Detailed Answer:
Yes, I did see the reports.
Yes, he can take pulses and all vegetarian food including cucumber. He should avoid fruits and juices.
Yes, he can do yoga. I cannot inform you cost of Treatment at XXXXXXX you will have to visit XXXXXXX to find out. Rs 5000 is the cost of medication after transplant.
Treatment remains same whether the patient is rich or poor. After transplant patient does not need dialysis. The success rate is ~98%.
