The reference ranges for antithyroid antibodies are as follows: Thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb): Less than 35 IU/mL. In your case this is in excess. It would eventually attack your thyroid gland initially making it leaky, thus increasing your thyroid levels and gradually the hormone stores would get depleted gradually landing you into a hypothyroid state. It is then that you would need thyroxine supplementation. As of now you need no medicine. There is no medicine to reduce the TPO levels.
