                                    Brief Answer:
Pulse is high
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Your blood pressure, weight and SpO2 are normal, however your pulse rate is high.
You should get your ECG, echo, thyroid profile and haemoglobin levels done to confirm the cause of tachycardia and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

I did thank you very much! I've had a woman's blood panel (that's what it was called on the sheet I took to the lab who took the blood) done about a month ago and they checked my thyroids and last week they told me everything was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. Could psmdd cause this? When I had the blood work done it was during my "normal" time of the month vs my hard week which this is. Thank you
