Brief Answer:
Do not stop, unless able to compensate with diet

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.

Looking at the query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Hemoglobin of 14g% for your age is excellent.
2. WBC and RBC are within normal limits.
3. MCH and MCHC are also near normal limits.
4. Your Vitamin B12 is also in normal range.

All the values are very much normal. Different lab have different normal values, so yours might have been highlighted.

You need not stop taking tablets, you can continue taking it. There is no side effect of taking excess Vitamin B12, as anything more will get excreted in urine.

Or alternately, if you want to reduce taking it, you can take it alternate days. Either way, at present your Vitamin B12 is very much normal and you can improve your non-vegetarian diet to compensate for it.

You can buy is at a herbalist or a pharmacist, until you are sure that is the drug you are receiving.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.

Brief Answer:
Fatty liver is reversible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.

Fat, female, fertile and forty are at usual risk of gall stones. You were screened for it, and during this time, fatty liver was probably identified. It is normally seen due to abnormal lipid profile. However, it is reversible change and with good control of lipid, it can come back to normal.
Not to worry. Continue with good lipid control, moderate exercise and balanced nutritious diet.

If you have any further queries, happy to help again.
