Question : attahed reports for previous question
Brief Answer:
Kidney stone present.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Sorry for the inadvertent delay. I have gone through the attachments. You have a stone in right kidney. The stone is not a calcium stone and hence does not show up on a CECT. However, its presence is causing backpressure and is therefore causing hydronephrotic changes. As of now the kidney function has not been affected but if left in place there could be worsening of kidney function. Surgery would be advisable. The echo report seems fine.
It would not be possible to go in for a telephonic discussion. But you can feel free to communicate through this mode.
Regards
