Brief Answer:
Follow your doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

After going through your test results & prescription-
- You are on one of the appropriate combination of medicines for diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol and other problems.

- As there is marginal derangement in liver function test - GGT, SGOT, SGPT better to avoid alcohol.

Considering your diabetic status & obesity use of GLP 1 analogs like Liraglutide may be suggested.
Which requires close monitoring & detailed physical examination.

Along with all of this
- strict calories restricted diet - for which consultation with nearby dietitian who can plan diabetic and weight reduction diet for you considering your BMI (Body Mass Index) & food habits may be suggested.
- Exercise depending upon your effort Tolerance & heart status may be suggested.

Being a endocrinologist & knowing your detailed history and physical status Dr. Wangnoo (your treating doctor) is in better position to guide you appropriately. So follow him as advised.

Hope this helps you.
