Question : This question is to my family's respected doctor XXXXXXX Partap.

Hello Doctor, Good Morning!

Just wanted to give you the update. Yesterday I had been to Jayadeva Hospital. They suggested to take another ECG, Blood Test and 2D Echo. I ll try to attach those reports here.

After seeing the reports, the doctor whom we consulted told he feels its a non cardiac pain. He see the BP is 190/110 which is quite high. That might be a probable reason for his chest pain. He also said the heart looks normal. Then he gave some tablets to take for a week and get another test (TMT, FFBS, HBAC, FBS) on an empty stomach next week.

This question is to Doctor XXXXXXX Partap again.

Attaching few reports to my previous question.

Brief Answer:
Its Highly unlikely to be non cardiac in my opinion

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for giving me such an honor.

I have gone through the reports attached by you, Echo is showing normal LV ejection fraction of 60% but the ECG is showing significant ST T changes in the precordial leads (chest leads) which are highly suggestive of myocardial ischemia which needs urgent evaluation. Also his blood pressure is quite high.

Here i would like to suggest you to visit XXXXXXX HRUDAYALAYA hospital located in Bommasandra industrial area and kindly get your father evaluated. Consult DR Pardeep XXXXXXX XXXXXXX (HOD).

If possible call the hospital and enquire if he is available and consult today itself.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap

Oh thanks a lot doctor. Nobody answered when I tried calling XXXXXXX Hrudayalaya.
XXXXXXX Hrudayalaya is 50+ kms far from my place. My father says he can't travel so far. So, I took an appointment in Fortis, XXXXXXX Road tomorrow to get another check up like yesterday in Jayadeva. Is it fine?

If he is not comfortable travelling that much then leave it. I recommended NH only because I knew that place.

Yes Fortis will also be fine. Otherwise how is he feeling now and what's the last blood pressure reading ?
