Question : in my urinalysis they found 1 bacteria cell and all other things were negative

one bacteria cell and one cholesterol crystal but no protein was present
I am diabetic and hypertensive
no symptoms

on 16 aug I had a urinalysis which was normal
in previous month I had 4 or 5 urinalysis which were also norm
