Brief Answer:
I would not start the meds according to these reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Health Care Magic, Thanks for writing to us,

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad, I have read your question, I understand your concern and will try to help you in the best possible way.
I have gone through your reports, and these reports are so satisfying you viral load is really controlled, You liver blood works look really great , as far as starting the medication again is concerned. If you were my patient I WOULD NOT have advised you to restart the medication.

It is also recommendation of World health organization to start medical only when viral load is above 20,000 so In my opinion you do not need to start medication again.
Here I would like to mention that you should follow up with your gastro-entrologist as he is more familiar with your history and disease progress, it is always recommended to discuss new reports with him for your greater benefit.

I Hope this answers your question, if your have more queries feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it. Wish you the best of health.
Regards,
Dr.Muhammad Ahmad.
