Question : I tested positive for EBV and my Monocyte is at 10. I am still waiting for a few additional test results to come back. Is it likely I have Mono? Feeling extreme fatigue. Thank you!

From your symptoms and the preliminary laboratory findings, it is possible that you have mono. If you have been involved in some kissing recently, that would be the most likely source.
