Brief Answer:
Sperm count is normal but number of motile sperms
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank You for consulting HealthcareMagic!
Sperm count is normal but number of motile sperms is less than normal. Motile sperms should be atleast 50% normally. Men with low sperm motility might have difficulties in achieving a pregnancy but not impossible.
Stress, anxiety, recent illness, surgery or fever, improper eating habits and sleeping habits, junk food, smoking, tobacco consumption, alcohol, hot tubs or hot sauna baths etc contribute to decreased sperm motility. If any of these are present try to avoid them.
You should physically consult an XXXXXXX and have detailed investigations to know exact reason for low sperm motility.
