Question : Hi Doctor. I have a history of fatty liver. recent labs revealed total bilirubin of 1.1 (H), alt 26 ast 14 (L). My total bilirubun has never been above 0.9. I also have elevated WBC (13.3) with low grade fever. Should I be concerned?

I am so sorry to hear about these values that you have reported. These values are very borderline and should not be a reason for concern at this time. I will like to know for how long you have had fevers and what your temperature is. I will also like to know if you have any other symptoms. For now, there is no major reason to be concerned.
