Question : HI Dr. XXXXXXX
Thanks for suggestion. Her Nodes came to normal now, but she had some smaller nodes in the shoulder area, so the doctor suggested to go for ultrasound or these area and a complete hematology test once more to check ESR level. Ultrasound and hematology report is attached now. The doctor has suggested the below medicine . PAN 40,ivepred 8mg and Faa 20mg. she said her ESR is high increased form 25 to 50 and iron is low in the body. But I have contacted one homeopathy doctor and he said take only Faa 20 Mg and one homeopathy medicine (olieum jac asseli). Please suggest, if these are fine or I should have take any precaution or should I go with allopathy. currently i am going with homeopathy medicine. from today I am starting with Faa 20 mg, Homeopathy is already going on.

Hi,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern; and I would like to suggest that your wife may continue the present treatment i.e. already going on for at least 15days.

If the condition not improved after 15 days then I would like to suggest that your wife go for the allopathic medicine. I don't have knowledge regarding the homeopathy therefore I will not be able to comment on those medications.

I would like to inform that node of your wife in the cervical region are within normal limit according to the USG report. So no need to worry.

Hi Dr,
She is fine now. I have one more query which I wanted to ask you, She is having some time pain above the eye area, and it seems to be headache kind. it will start and gradually it will be more in two to three days. it won't hurt much everytime, but sometime pain killer required.
what can be the reason for this.can you suggest, so that I can visit and plan accordingly. One time we have done MRI based on a neur doctor advise to see any problem is there, but he said nothing is there I am attaching the report of MRI for your reference. Please suggest on this.

I have gone through your follow up question and understand your concern; and it suggests you’re your wife may be suffering from the frontal sinusitis.

But to rule out other disease and to reach the near diagnosis, I would like to suggest that your wife may go for
1. CT scan Paranasal sinuses to rule out any sinusitis.
2. Ophthalmic examination to rule out any eye related diseases.
It is absolute necessary to diagnose the disease for better treatment.
