Question : In pelvic organs its written both ovaries are normal in size and show multiple peripherally arranged follicles with thickened central echogenic stroma...what does it mean, and I have period problem..

Ultrasound findings may indicate PCOD (poly cystic ovarian disease). Peripherally arranged follicles with echogenic stroma may indicate PCOD. However this should be corroborated with clinical findings and hormonal assay.
Period irregularity is a feature of PCOD.
It is generally a curable disease and most patient only need oral medicines. Surgical intervention is required only in few cases.
