                                    Brief Answer:
It's OK. Kindly follow the instructions.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
1. I have scanned your report. The most important thing that struck me is that you
have trace hematuria.
2. Why do you not undergo a ultrasound of the bladder to rule out a polyp?
3. USG is painless, takes a few minutes and is available anywhere at a reasonable cost.
Regards.

                                    Brief Answer:
Almost negligible.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I agree that hematuria can mean a cancer in the bladder. That's fine.
However, I also would like to point out the great many number of conditions, that outnumber cancer of the bladder, in causing hematuria - blood in urine. These are out of the scope of this answer. Entire books and libraries have been written on diseases that cause blood in urine. Your's is but a minute trace.
If only Cancers caused hematuria, then a huge chunk of the medical professions knowledge would cease to exist. Or be redundant. Or become irrelevant.
