What Do Tiny White Dots On Penis Shaft Indicate?

Question: I have very very tiny white dots on the middle of my penis shaft. There are maybe 5-7 of them. Is this normal? I am a healthy 33 year old man. I wouldn't of notices the dots but I am examining my penis very close bc I had protected vagina sex with a Csw 2 months ago and am terrified of warts. Do these sound like warts? They are not raised. Also would it be possible to get warts on my shaft if there was a condom protecting it? I understand there is some risk for the areas that were not covered. Lastly what is the chance of warts from one time protected sex exposure?
