What Do Two Lines In A Urine Pregnancy Test Kit Report Indicate?

Question: I missed my period by 1 day and when I checked today, the pregnancy strip showed 2 lines.....control line was dark but the Test line was hazy.......I want to know ,am I pregnant ?
and if I am , then how to get my periods , I mean what medicine is prescribed to get periods after its missed ?

Two lines in the urine pregnancy test kit is confirmatory of pregnancy.
If you are willing to terminate your pregnancy , then you can do so by medicines mifepristone and misoprostol.
However, these medications are given after proper examination by an OBGYN specialist to rule out any contraindications.
