Brief Answer:
Pregnancy present

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Two lines in the urine pregnancy test kit is confirmatory of pregnancy.
If you are willing to terminate your pregnancy , then you can do so by medicines mifepristone and misoprostol.
However, these medications are given after proper examination by an OBGYN specialist to rule out any contraindications.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
