Question : I had laparoscopic surgery 5 weeks ago to remove endometriosis from my stomach and colon. I started vomiting Sat. with diahera. My gastroenterologist says I am experiencing a severe reaction to the anesthesia.

No, this is not due to anaesthesia effect. The anaesthesia effect wears off in the first few days after surgery.
The reason for vomiting and diarrhoea could be due to infection or endometriosis remnants irritating stomach and colon.
Discuss with your Gastroenterologist and Gynecologist regarding these to causes.
In my opinion you need to take GnRH anologues for 6 months to suppress endometriosis activity.
