Question : For some reason I can't update the last one. I am using mouthwash to rinse twice and I see it is not seen what is going on.

I see the white patch what you see is faded. You can refer the old pictures attached.

I had an appointment with the Dentist. As per dentist there is no issues and the white line on the cheeks are cheek bites and also the tongue could be a bite and she took pictures and validated. Thanks for your confirmation.
