Hi,
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be either vitiligo or Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus
I need to ask you few questions:
Do you have similar depigmented spots anywhere on the body?
Is the skin texture over these patches normal or atrophic?
Do you have any urinary complaints?
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

No urinary complaints so far

                                    Brief Answer:
Vitiligo, topical steroid and tacrolimus ointment
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
According to your complaints, it seems to be vitiligo.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a mid potent steroid like Mometasone creams on the affected areas once daily in the morning and tacrolimus 0.1 per cent ointment on the white areas at night.
These will help in improving your skin condition.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
