Question : My daughter has a white patch at neck.
I am attaching the picture also .

Can you please suggest what exactly the problem is and what should be the medicine which can be applied.

Pre vitiligo

Thanks for the photograph.
It is looking like pre vitiligo.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid cream like fluticasone to be applied in morning and tacrolimus cream 0.03% to be applied in night.
Try this for two months and let me know the results.
These creams are safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
