What Do White Rock Like Particles In The Stool Indicate?

Seems more like a foreign body than an infective particle...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I apologize for late reply.
I went through your post and the pictures attached. The pod like substance seems more like a foreign body to me. Though I cannot feel the texture, it looks like a gelatinous substance - a foreign body rather than an infected particle. Perhaps this caused the colicky type of intestinal pain.
Do you remember taking any pill or wrapped substance? Do you remember having a suppository inserted in the recent past?
I would have liked to perform laboratory test done on the samples received. But since you are not able to see a doctor / get it tested, I would suggest you to keep a watch on your symptoms at the moment. If the pain gets worse or if you notice more of these substances, you can then consider visiting a doctor.
I am very sure these do not affect menstrual cycle. Therefore your current menstrual cycle is more likely related to perimenopause. If it is bothering you, an ultrasound scan and hormone studies could be ordered. Your local gynecologist will work on it.
