Brief Answer:
Looks like eczema - she will grow out of it

Detailed Answer:
Hi... I understand your concern. This looks like eczema. This is a very common simple skin allergy which occurs at this age. She will gradually grow out of it as the age progresses. The trick of the management is keeping the skin moist and never allowing it to be dry. For this oil massage and lotions like Atogla will help. Apply it thrice a day on the skin for 6 months.

Regarding cure options - eczema is a sort of allergy...allergies can be 100% controlled. But usually kids grow out of it...that is as the age progresses, they become better starting from 6 months.

Brief Answer:
Pityriasis XXXXXXX - no need to treat - self limiting

Detailed Answer:
Hi....that seems to be a mild fungal infection called Pityriasis XXXXXXX It too is quite common and it also is self limiting. No need to use any medicines for it. If it's rapidly spreading, then it might require a mild topical Steroid cream. But right now nothing is required. Sorry to have forgotten to explain you about it in my previous interaction.
