Question : I have some white spots on penis foreskin.
There is no pain and itching.
what is this.
There is no sexual encounter.

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be milia.
These are small cysts in the skin which can occur due to friction from masturbation and sometimes even without a cause.
You need to consult a dermatologist and get them extracted.
