Question : i have growths around the opening on my vagina. Treated past ones with apple cider vinegar. The skin melted off. they didnt harden and change color

I can see a few yellowish looking pin head sized small bumps clustered on the margin of vagina. These are Fordyce spots which are ectopic sebaceous glands and are a normal finding in both males and females.They are not warts.

What of the red bumps around the vaginal opening? I tested negative for hpv 6 & 11.
