Question : I have a cut at the top of my clitoral hood that has not healed in 5 days. It is not infected as I have been applying antibacterial spray every day, but I have been working long days and getting sweaty, so I feel like it hasn’t had the chance to fully dry out and heal. What do you recommend I do?

Very difficult to comment without seeing directly or pictures.
If the cut is healing you can continue the antimicrobial ointnent. But if there is swelling , discoloration it is better to start oral antimicrobial tablets.

What’s the best way to air it out and how long should I do that? It’s painful when I walk because it rubs the open wound. I want it to scab.
