Question : My skin inside my buttocks area is so raw that I try not to go to the bathroom because it's so painful to wipe myself afterwards,
I've tried using vaseline & Desitin but nothing seems to work. What do you suggest I try to get this healed?

Hello,
I think there can be a fungal infection despite the rash which is causing it not to heal. Since desitin cream is not working I would suggest you an ointment containing hydrocortisone and clotrimazole (antifungal). Also try to keep it as dry as possible. Use cotton underwear to help reduce moisture.
