Question : Took a urine test. Leukocyte esterase 2+, WBC, UA 10-20, RBC none, epithelial cells, squamous 6-10; bacteria moderate. No urinary tract symptoms. I am under a lot of stress at work. What do you think. Going for another test but I am a worrier. Thank you

Get urine culture done

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank for query and highlighting the urine report .Presence of WBC,and squamous cells suggests inflammation of urinary bladder .(Cystitis) ..

Though you do not have symptoms of UTI it is likely that you have sub clinical infection .

Get your urine culture done to rule out any active infection so that it can be eradicated by taking appropriate antibiotic as per sensitivity pattern.

In the mean while start taking urinary antiseptics like Nitrofurantoin twice daily .

Ensure to drink more water .
