Brief Answer:
About hot flashes and its possible diagnosis;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.

Firstly, I would suggest excluding other pathologies causing hot flashes such as neuroendocrine tumors, as slightly low testosterone levels, are commonly seen at your age but hot flashes due to it are rare.
Neuroendocrine tumors may be associated with chronic diarrhea too. To confirm/ exclude the diagnosis some blood/ urine examinations are needed.

Secondly, if no other cause is found, starting treatment with testosterone is long-term contraindicated in patients with prostate cancer.

So, I would recommend to discuss with your treating physician about neuroendocrine tumors and make further examinations.

Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
