Question : hi. female 55 yo. HB E AB reactive, all others nonreactive (HB E AG; HB S AG; HEP B SURFACE AB,QL; HB CORE AB TOTAL; HB CORE AB IGM). what does this mean? thx

If your HbeAb is positive with all other parameters negative then it means that you have had an infection of Hepatitis B which has now resolved.
'Ab' in HbeAb stands for antibodies. Antibodies are the fighter cells in our body, these fighter cells are produced by our body in order to fight organisms. So when the blood tests come positive for antibodies it means that there was an infection and this infection was tackled well by the body's immune system to fight it off.

HbeAb positive with all other parameters negative is good news.
