Question : I just received my CBC results and my neutrophills are flagged as LOW shoud i be worried?

Its just minimally down, so it should not be cause of concern.Repeat the test after 2-3 weeks. I think that should come out fine.I assume there are no symptoms or health issues at present.Regards.
