                                            Question : I recently did the 23andme testing. when i put my raw genetic data in an app that translates it I saw 23 homozygous mutations & 57 heterozygous. Is that a lot?

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
See the human genes are very diverse.
Most of the mutations you have positive, are normal variaints.
Even the rest are not serious enough to label you as having a risk for any serious medical condition.
These tests are not recommended for personal use anyhow.
The inferences drawn are inconclusive, in short, there is no serious health issue from these tests for you.
The FDA in fact has banned testing from 23 and me individual use.
