The result means that you have 25 pus cells per microliter of urine.
This in most cases indicate a minor urinary tract infection or a sexually transmitted disease like Gonorrhoea. Damage to the kidneys, ureters, urethra or bladder can cause leukocytes to appear. They can also be triggered when foreign materials are found in the body.
