Brief Answer:
NO concern!

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

A narrowing 70% or more needs invasive study – angiogram – with a view for intervention
30% narrowing has no clinical significance, whatever

There were a few old articles on ear lobe deformity or crease. They have not been authenticated by subsequent studies…. You may read –

Forget it and enjoy life!
See your Internist / get investigated for treatable risk factors for vascular (heart) disease.. to reassure yourself

Good luck
God bless you
