What Does 40ng/ml Of Oxycodone In Blood Mean?

Question: I was court ordered to take a drug saliva test and am legally perscribed 20 mg of oxycodone 3 times daily/60mg. My test resulted in 40ng/ml. Can you explain what this means?

So the test ordered was a saliva 11 9534
Method EIA 40ng/ml cutoff
So this is normal range for taking 60 mg of oxycodone daily.??
