Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

At 50% ejection fraction your heart is pumping blood normally to the rest of the body. Ejection fraction of 50 - 75% is normal. It is good to know that BP and cheolesterol numbers are normal. You must go for regular check ups and maintain your ejection fraction above 50% by taking medications as you have been doing.

Mildly positive provocable ischemia means that at significant stress to the heart, you may have a slight chance of the heart not performing well. This means you should not do too much of heavy physical work and try to live in a stress free environment.

You can start doing simple exercises which will not cause much stress to your body like yoga or walking in medium pace. For the mind you can do meditation exercises.

Wishing you good health.

Hope your query is answered.

Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

Glad to know that you keep yourself actively fit by playing tennis. You may please do adequate warm ups before starting your game and take regular time outs. Also keep juices and water handy in case you feel tired. Do not over exert yourself and keep your tennis partners informed about your health condition. I guess you play your game early in the mornings or in the evenings when temperatures are not too high.

Wishing you good health.

Hope your query is answered.
