In your case, beside ALP there is also calcium level elevation and this suggest bone etiology. It means that there is increased resorption of bones in your organism. causes of this can be: primary hyperparathyroidism or hyperactive parathyroid gland, Hyperactive thyroid gland, Excessive calcium or vitamin D intake or certain bone disorders.
If you have any symptoms related to bone pain you should do bone scan.
