I am having pelvic pain/pressure, discomfort during sex with occasional blood clots afterward, nausea, diarrhea, tired, low back pain and feel like I am walking around with a uti constantly. I was a week past my period during the ultrasound. I had a failed XXXXXXX sure ablation 10 months ago due to constant periods and bleeding.

Brief Answer: possible DUB Detailed Answer: You have cystic ovaries meaning both varies have small multiple cystic areas . That is not of much concern as the inhomogenous endometrium of the uterus . Since you had a failed ablation procedure its possible you may need surgery . If the endometrium of the uterus is not smooth it may indicate pathology . A biopsy is necessary and possible hysterectomy . A pap smear should also be done . What you have may be adenomyosis / endometriosis or DUB . It's important to rule out malignancy first with a biopsy .
