Your blood pressure is good for your age.
In 2013, the council that it responsible for producing blood pressure guidelines for the US and other countries ( called the JNC 8 guidelines), stated that the goal for blood pressure for persons over the age of 60 was now to be 150/90.
In the past , the goal was the get the systolic (top reading) to be less than 140.
