Brief Answer:
inflammation

Detailed Answer:
both the ESR and the C-RP reflect the fact that there is inflammation in your body, which is moderate. Depending on the laboratory used, the normal C-RP is usually less than 1, and ESR for a woman should be around 20 or less.
The fact that your WBC is also elevated at 13000 (normal at around 10000 or less), means that most likely the inflammation is due to a infection. That's is the most that can be told with these labs. It is not possible to tell what type of infection if any is present.
WBC can also go up if you are taking steroids, or if there is another hematologic (blood) disorder.
If you have any further test questions let me know.
