Question: I had blood work done. all these levels are after a 12 hour fast!....Glucose 104--Cholesterol 146--hdl 49--ldl--62 and tryglcerides --175-- how would you rate these levels?..Thank you..

Brief Answer: Fine Detailed Answer: Hi These blood test results are fine for your age . You have maintained good health. Triglycerides ideally should be less than 150. You have 175 which is marginally high. Not to worry. Just take less oil in food. You are doing well. Regards Dr. Mahesh Koregol
