What Does HBsAg Of 0.026 During Pregnancy Indicate?

Question : hi doctor am 13 weeks pregnant ,I have done HBsAg (ELISA) were it says non reactive but given value is 0.026 AND THE CUT OFF IS 0.138..is this normal..
and my HIV (ELISA) also states normal but the value is 0.015 and the cut of is 0.218. am little tensed is everything fine with me .

thank you so much for answer .I have last thing to ask you doctor ...if the baby FHR - 164bpm ..does this confirm the sex of the baby ..as my friends tell that if it less than 150 its a boy and if it is more than that its girl ...thank you
