                                    Brief Answer:
INR within acceptable range...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
1. Normal INR levels are 0.8 up to 1.1 depending on the reference range of your local laboratory and if you are not taking any blood thinning medications.
2. Yours is 1.11, which is still acceptable and not a problematic INR level. So, you can have your teeth surgery.
3. I advise to monitor your blood pressure on daily basis, record the results until the day you have the surgery. Report the bp recordings to your dentist for further evaluations. You can send them to me for a second opinion too.
Good luck in your surgery!
