MCV - Mean corpuscular volume, refers to the volume of RBC, it is usually below 100 femto liters, anything above 100 indicates slightly larger red blood cells and this is usually a result of vitamin-B12 or folic acid deficiency.

MCH - Mean corpuscular haemoglobin, is a measure of the amount of haemoglobin in individual red blood cell. Your value is very marginally raised indicating a slower rate of maturation of RBC due to low vitamin-B12 deficiency.
