Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that in my opinion it would be beeter that you send the entire LFT report so that things can be correlated . Your one of the liver enzymes is deranged . It has in alone not got much significance but needs to be observed by repeating it again after 15 days .

Plus would like to know if you take alcohol and if yes how much .

I have upload my test report. Kindly , provide a piece of information about SGPT 137 ,what may be the reasons . Yes I consume alcohol mostly on weekend.

Dear Sir ,

The report you have sent me does not have full LFT . It just mentions SGPT and Bilirubin , no interpretation can be given in this context . Rest all your parameters are normal . You should limit your alcohol and lose weight in case you are obese .

Plus you should repeat your LFT after 5 days.
