What Does Strep B Infection In Throat Indicate?

Question : I tested positive for strep B in throat. How is that possible? It seems to have gone away on it's own too

Strep b can be found in digestive system,throat and respiratory tract in people and positive swab test doesn't mean infection.it means that there is contamination. So this is not worrying if positive test is found without signs of infection. Also,treatment is not required unless you're pregnant.
