Brief Answer:
Its nonspecific T wave flattening

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through the graph. Its showing T wave flattening in precordial leads. These are nonspecific changes. Most probably, these are normal for you, but we can't be sure on just ecg and further investigations should be done.
I guess you don't have any other problems at present like hypertension, shortness of breath, loose motions etc.
You should get one echocardiography done, and if normal then treadmill test to rule out possibility of ischemia. Also, just check potassium levels which must be mentioned in kidney function test if done, if not should get potassium levels done as similar changes can be seen in low potassium levels.
So overall, this is likely a normal for you but better to get evaluated.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts or more information to share.
