Question : My wife is suffering from Thyroid. As per report her T3 1.21ng / dl, T4 is 5.76 mcg / dl, TSH 18.70mcIU. She is taking 25mg of Thyronorm. Please suggest.

As per the query, your wife is under-treated. So what she needs is increase the dose to 75 mcg. Please discuss with her treating doctor about the same.

She increased once the dose to 50 mg for around 6 weeks. The Thyroid went below the expected range. Please suggest

Dear sir,

hi! though difficult to believe, i accept what you say. in that case make it 37.5 ie one and a half tablet of 25 mcg and add one multivitamin with tyrosine in it. eg thyrowell or thyropace at night. and let me know the results after 6 weeks.
