I read your question and i understand your concern. With history of thyroid radiations, these high thyroid stimulating hormones and low thyroid hormones of T4 and T3 suggest hypothyroidism. All you need is adequate supplementation with thyroxine and frequent monitoring of thyroid hormones till you reach euthyroid state. Rest of the investigations of BUN and pos are fine. Antibody titres are not that high and just need thyroid supplementation.
