Brief Answer:
Slightly high.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.

At your age BP of 152/76 mmHg is slightly high and lifestyle modifications should be tried before opting for medicines.

I would recommend you:
1. Regular exercises and morning walk.
2. Low salt diet.
3. Avoid alcohol and tobacco consumption.
4. To avoid pickles, papad and all salt containing eatables.

Follow these life style for a month with a regular check on your blood pressure.

Write back to me after 2 weeks of your lifestyle changes and blood pressure readings.

I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
